The role requires building a top-tier sales organization, engaging C-level executives, and developing regional strategies aligned with the company vision.

Qualifications

15+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
8+ years in senior sales leadership roles.
Experience selling complex technical solutions in security, privacy, compliance, or related fields.
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals across Northern Europe, working with executive leadership.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organization.
Drive enterprise sales cycles from start to finish, engaging with C-level executives at major accounts.
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with technology partners and system integrators.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies and gather market feedback.
