Referment is a B2B events and insights business seeking a Sales Executive with proven SaaS sales experience to grow their career. You will sell sponsorship opportunities to senior decision-makers at medium and large enterprises, helping clients reach buyers and achieve business development goals.

The role is fully remote with monthly events and commission opportunities. A structured MEDDIC-based approach and experience in marketing software, CRM, or data platforms are highly valued for advancing

Qualifications

• Must have experience selling SaaS solutions to medium and large enterprises.
• Demonstrate quota attainment, deal sizes and conversion rates.
• Structured sales approach, ideally with MEDDIC.
• Proven track record of stability and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop new-business opportunities through outreach and lead generation.
• Understand prospects’ target markets, commercial objectives and buying criteria.
• Pitch relevant sponsorship opportunities to senior stakeholders.
• Manage the sales process from qualification through negotiation and close.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and deliver against agreed targets.
