Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Project/Engagement Manager in London to lead deployment teams delivering Enterprise cloud applications (Finance, HR, Planning) powered by AI. You will guide projects from start-up to go-live, coordinating with delivery leadership, consultants, and resources to ensure value and on-time delivery.

You will manage multi-country deployments across industries, balancing business and technical aspects to optimize customer outcomes and ensure a best-in-class delivery

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in engagement management, project management, or professional services delivery within SaaS/ERP/HCM environments.
• Experience leading complex software implementation projects across multiple industries, including global deployments.
• Ability to create deployment plans that fit customer industry and transformation programs.
