Job summary

Stream is seeking a senior risk leader to own the Group Risk Management Framework across the UK, US and Spain. You will provide independent second-line oversight, drive the three lines of defence, and report to the Board and regulators as needed.

You’ll collaborate with first-line business owners, develop KRIs, risk registers and risk appetite, and help scale the risk function as Stream grows, ensuring robust governance across all principal risk categories and jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head of Risk or senior second-line risk leader across multiple regulated entities and jurisdictions.
• Strong track record implementing a three lines of defence model with governance and risk registers.
• Comfortable presenting to Boards and regulators and challenging management where needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group Risk Management Framework on behalf of the Risk Committee, keeping it current and embedded.
• Design and monitor KRIs across principal risk domains and escalate breaches with remediation.
• Maintain risk registers, RCSAs and risk appetite with cross-entity consistency.
• Provide independent second-line oversight across all risk categories Group-wide.
• Lead the escalation and issue management process to Boards and Committees.
• Build out the risk function as the Group scales and recruit specialist capability.
