Job summary

Stream is seeking a Head of Risk to own the Group Risk Management Framework across UK, US and Spain, reporting to the Director of Compliance. You will oversee the three lines of defence, define risk appetite, and drive risk reporting to Group and entity Risk and Compliance Committees, as well as regulators.

The role is hybrid with London-based office presence required, offering £80,000–£110,000 + equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-wide risk frameworks across multiple regulated entities.
• Proven ability to implement and govern a three lines of defence model.
• Strong track record in reporting to Boards and regulators.
• Experience designing and monitoring KRIs and risk assessment matrices.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group Risk Management Framework across the organisation.
• Develop and monitor risk indicators and risk appetite statements.
• Maintain risk registers and RCSAs, and oversee entity-level risks.
• Provide independent second-line oversight to risk categories Group-wide.
• Prepare risk MI for Committees, Boards and regulators.
