Job summary

Control Risks in London seeks a Director or Principal to lead the Digital Risks Protect Advisory team, drive business development and manage complex client engagements across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, overseeing multi-disciplinary projects, shaping proposals, and delivering high-impact risk and resilience programs while developing teams and expanding the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital risk, cyber security, technology risk, or risk advisory roles.
• Strong ability to translate complex risk into strategic, commercial implications.
• Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary consulting engagements and managing senior stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory and client leadership for digital risk and cyber security engagements.
• Oversee delivery of complex engagements with a focus on resilience and governance.
• Drive business development, shaping proposals and expanding key accounts across UK and international markets.
• Coach and develop consulting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
