Job summary

Monotype, a leader in typefaces and font technologies, seeks an experienced Account Manager to drive renewals and upsell opportunities with existing enterprise customers. You will consult across territories, becoming a trusted advisor on Monotype's solutions and delivering value-based outcomes.

You will learn Monotype’s product offerings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet renewal quotas and expand key accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and networking skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to manage a complex sales cycle from demo to closing.

Responsibilities

• Consult with existing enterprise customers to understand needs and renewals value.
• Learn product offerings to become a subject matter expert for key brand clients.
• Negotiate and close renewal deals to meet quotas.
• Create detailed account plans with renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional Monotype solutions to key accounts.
• Review orders and contracts for policy compliance.
• Maintain customer data and prospect updates in CRM.
