Job summary

Pure Talent Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Photocopier and Print Solutions Analyst to support installation, configuration, optimisation and ongoing maintenance of HP and Xerox print environments. The role blends hands-on engineering with analytical problem-solving across enterprise and production print settings.

You will resolve complex issues, deliver training, and ensure reliable print infrastructure with strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Photocopiers / MFD diagnostics
• Experience with print servers, networking protocols and AD/LDAP integration
• Hands-on experience with firmware upgrades and fleet management tools
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows and macOS print architectures
• Ability to read technical manuals, service bulletins and diagnostics
• Excellent customer-facing communication and ability to work independently
• Experience delivering end-user training is desirable

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and optimise HP and Xerox printers at customer sites
• Deploy and support print management solutions incl. secure print and follow-me printing
• Provide end-user training on device functionality and print tools
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network print issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and firmware updates
• Produce technical documentation and service reports per SLAs
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Solutions teams on enterprise deployments
