Qualifications

• Higher Grade/A Level or equivalent
• Relevant professional qualifications
• University degree 2:1 minimum classification

Responsibilities

• Process complex payrolls for multiple clients and payrolls within the team.
• Review output and ensure accuracy before client delivery, with guidance as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll knowledge and respond to legislative changes.
• Support junior colleagues with training and on-the-job guidance.
• Manage workflow for the payroll team and monitor productivity.
• Ensure compliance with professional practices and standards.
