• Advisory experience with clients
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is an advantage
• Relevant professional qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on payroll and compliance matters
• Process complex payrolls and research solutions
• Review and issue client output with autonomy
• Build relationships with clients and their teams
• Delegate and manage workflow across the team
• Review junior work and provide feedback
• Stay updated on payroll legislation changes
• Review and send payment runs in line with audit requirements
• Maintain clear client portfolio documentation
• Test software updates and liaise with providers
• Act as a first point of contact for junior team members
• Contribute to monthly control reviews
• Participate in process improvement initiatives across the team
