Job summary

AAB is seeking a Payroll Advisor (Enterprise) to process complex payrolls and support the Domestic Payroll team in Stirling. You will manage payroll outputs, stay compliant with evolving legislation, and mentor junior colleagues while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Higher Grade/A Level or equivalent.
• Relevant professional qualifications.
• University degree 2:1 minimum classification.

Responsibilities

• Process complex payrolls and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and authorise payroll outputs for clients.
• Support development of junior staff and provide on-the-job training.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.
• Develop relationships with clients and professional advisors to understand their needs.
• Oversee workflow for the payroll team and allocate tasks accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to firm procedures, ethics, and risk controls.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
