Job summary

AAB invites applications for a Payroll Advisor (Enterprise) based in Aberdeen. This permanent role sits in Domestic Payroll, focusing on processing complex payrolls, ensuring accuracy, and applying payroll legislation to deliver compliant outputs for a diverse client base.

You will work with colleagues across the payroll team, maintain client process manuals, and support process improvements as part of a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Higher Grade/A Level or equivalent.
• University degree 2:1 minimum classification.
• 3–4 years’ relevant work experience.
• Experience supervising staff (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process complex payrolls ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review output and provide guidance with minimal supervision.
• Maintain client process manuals and support team development.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement.
