Brightwork Limited is seeking a Payroll Advisor to join its busy payroll team in a hybrid role across Glasgow, Stirling, Aberdeen or Bolton. You will process payrolls for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while supporting junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing experience
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proactive problem solving and mentoring capabilities
• Proficient with Excel

Responsibilities

• Process complex payrolls for a varied client portfolio
• Review payroll outputs and ensure accuracy within deadlines
• Support Payroll Assistants with day-to-day queries
• Maintain payroll documentation and client process manuals
• Assist with payroll-related projects and system enhancements
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and audit requirements
• Provide guidance to junior team members and share knowledge
