Job summary

AAB in Stirling is seeking a Payroll Advisor (Enterprise) to join Domestic Payroll. You will process complex payrolls, support the Payroll Assistant Manager, and help develop the team while ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll legislation.

You will build relationships with clients and colleagues, manage workflow, review outputs, and contribute to process improvements as part of AAB's commitment to service, governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Higher Grade/A Level or equivalent.
• Relevant professional qualifications.
• University degree 2:1 minimum classification.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solving skills.
• Working knowledge of payroll legislation.

Responsibilities

• Process complex payrolls, seek guidance as required for development.
• Manage workflow for the team and delegate work to juniors.
• Review outputs and ensure risk-aware client delivery.
• Develop relationships with clients and professionals and offer practical solutions.
• Identify process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and support to colleagues on payroll processes.
