Job summary

Henry Schein One UK is seeking a Team Lead, Corporate Rollout to own the successful delivery of onboarding projects across the business. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive scalable processes and ensure alignment with customer outcomes.

The role requires proven leadership of enterprise onboarding, strong project management and excellent stakeholder communication as we scale our SaaS solutions for corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex onboarding programmes or enterprise rollouts.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines while delivering strong customer outcomes.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee corporate onboarding rollouts, ensuring progress and milestones are met.
• Act as primary contact for corporate onboarding projects and facilitate communication between teams and customers.
• Lead and develop a high-performing onboarding team and drive continuous improvement across processes.
• Prepare regular rollout updates, risks and activities for management review.
• Build effective stakeholder relationships to support successful project delivery.
