HRGO Recruitment is seeking an experienced ITAD Sales Manager in the Bishop's Stortford area. The role focuses on winning enterprise business, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue for our IT Asset Disposition services.

You will lead the full sales cycle, engage C-level stakeholders, and deliver consultative solutions including data destruction, asset recovery, remarketing, and compliance. Travel to client meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Senior ITAD sales professional with proven enterprise experience.
• Experience selling to C-level stakeholders and enterprise clients.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
• Willing to travel to client meetings from Bishop's Stortford.
• Knowledge of data destruction, asset recovery, remarketing, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to exceed revenue targets in ITAD.
• Identify and win enterprise clients across industries.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Create proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM and forecast.
• Mentor junior sales colleagues and contribute to sales strategy.
