KBR Technical Services in Leatherhead, United Kingdom, seeks an IT Project Manager to lead planning, governance, and delivery of enterprise technology projects within a PMO. You will translate business needs into executable delivery plans, align stakeholders and resources, and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and readiness from initiation through closure.

This role oversees cross‑functional workstreams and ensures audit‑ready reporting, Stage Gate approvals, and effective governance.

Formación

Experience leading IT projects in cross‑functional environments.
Ability to translate business needs into delivery plans and manage PMO standards.
Strong governance, reporting, and risk management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

Partner with sponsors and owners to validate business cases, objectives and acceptance criteria.
Develop and maintain integrated project management plans, schedules and baselines.
Coordinate applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and vendor workstreams.
Maintain RAID records and governance documentation; ensure audit-ready delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure stakeholder alignment and communications.
Plan deployment and handover to operations with readiness activities.
