Job summary

RX Global is seeking an Enterprise Integrations Service Owner to steer the operational lifecycle of our enterprise integration services. You will ensure secure, high-performing platforms, partnering with stakeholders, suppliers and cross-functional teams to support critical digital initiatives.

In this role you will drive improvements, own service roadmaps, and oversee governance and operational readiness. A background in large-scale integration and DevOps practices is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong operational knowledge of enterprise integration technologies including MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Google Apigee API Management, Oracle SOA Suite, ODI, OID, SSIS, and .NET integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational lifecycle of enterprise integration services.
• Ensure platforms meet service levels, availability, performance, and security standards.
• Lead incident, problem, change, and release management for integration services.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement preventative improvements.
• Develop and maintain service roadmaps, operational standards, and governance processes.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and MSPs.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, performance, and resilience.
• Support project delivery through operational readiness reviews and transition into service.
