Job summary

RX, a leading global events and data solutions provider, is seeking an Enterprise Integrations Service Owner to drive the operational lifecycle of our integration services. You will ensure secure, resilient platforms and collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams to support critical services and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience owning critical enterprise integration services.
Knowledge of API management, middleware, identity services, and cloud/hybrid environments.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service governance.

Responsibilities

Own the operational lifecycle of enterprise integration services.
Ensure integration platforms meet service levels, availability, performance, and security standards.
Lead incident, problem, change, and release management activities for integration services.
Drive root cause analysis and implement preventative improvements.
Develop and maintain service roadmaps, operational standards, and governance processes.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, third‑party suppliers, and managed service providers.
Monitor platform health, capacity, performance, and resilience.
Support project delivery through operational readiness reviews and transition into service.
