Job Description:

Description: As an Integration Engineer, you will provide dedicated support to merchants implementing our platform into their e-commerce systems, ensuring rapid and best-practice integrations. You will support business targets by delivering robust integrations.

Your day-to-day

• Partner with sales and account managers to deliver solutions
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress
• Support merchants in setting up and testing integrations
• Guide on API and SDK usage
• Troubleshoot and report bugs
• Ensure successful production launches
• Act as the voice of the customer
• Collaborate across geographies to improve systems and processes

What do you need to bring?

• Passion for technology and problem-solving
• Experience with web and mobile technologies, APIs, REST, HTML/HTTP, iOS, Android
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Ability to translate requirements into solutions
