Our Ways of Working
We’re all about flexibility, community and a healthy work-life balance. Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach combining the best parts of home and office working. When you'll be in the office depends on your role, but you can expect to work from our London office between 8-12 days per month.
To support this, the successful applicant should be within a reasonably commutable distance to our office (Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HB).

We’re seeking a motivated Platform Engineer to join our Platform team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, automation, and tooling that supports our product teams. You will work closely with senior engineers to develop your skills and contribute to delivering reliable, secure, and scalable systems.
You’ll also be responsible for:
- Assisting with the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Supporting the automation of infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform.
- Helping maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
- Monitoring system health and assisting with incident response under guidance.
- Writing clear documentation and runbooks for infrastructure and operational processes.
- Collaborating with the team to follow best practices around security, reliability, and automation.
- Continuously learning new technologies and platform engineering practices
Electrify us with your skills:
We think this role would be great for somebody who has some hands-on experience or familiarity with cloud platforms, we are specifically looking for:
- Mainly AWS experience, albeit some familiarity with GCP would be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code concepts, with exposure to Terraform or similar tools.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
- Interest in automation and improving operational workflows.
- Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Effective communicator who enjoys collaborating with others.
- Eagerness to grow technical skills in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
Further to the above, if you have any experience with the following, do shout about it on your CV, as whilst not a requirement, it would certainly be a bonus if you had:
- Exposure to continuous integration and deployment concepts.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and command-line tools.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as VPCs, subnets, and security groups.
- Awareness of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Any experience or interest in container technologies like Docker or ECS.
