Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive pipeline and sales of satellite services across Europe.

You will work with Enterprise sales, solutions architects and product managers to qualify leads, demonstrate products, close deals and manage accounts. You will prospect new opportunities in assigned markets, conduct online demonstrations, and collaborate with Sales Operations to qualify leads and manage the pipeline using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English at C1 level or above.
• Experience in Inside Sales in Enterprise Markets, dealing with end-users rather than channel partners.
• Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.

Responsibilities

• Act as initial entry point and triage for customer inquiries for the EU Direct B2B team, responding directly to or passing to Enterprise sales team as appropriate.
• Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities for our services in assigned markets
• Conducting online product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Working closely with Amazon Leo Deal Desk and Sales Operations, qualifying leads and managing sales pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Collaborate with field sales teams to support larger, more complex deals
• Staying up-to-date on our technology, competitor offerings, and industry trends
• Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Providing feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions
• Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
