Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify, network, and target large organisations to establish new client acquisitions.
• Build relationships with C-suite executives in HR and Talent Management.
• Create and execute sales plans to achieve annual targets.
• Develop creative solutions and proposals aligned with pricing strategies.
• Focus on the outplacement, career transition and career coaching opportunities.
• Plan and execute marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with global strategies.
