Qualifications

• Senior data leader in a regulated environment, ideally financial services.
• Experience delivering data strategy, governance, analytics and enterprise data management.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and service management.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing third-party technology suppliers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the data strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Lead enterprise data governance, architecture, quality, analytics and BI capabilities.
• Oversee data warehousing, ETL, reporting, and data visualisation.
• Ensure data platforms are secure, resilient and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Foster data-driven decision making and a culture of continuous improvement.
