Job summary

Irwin Mitchell is seeking a Senior Data Architect to align the organisation’s data architecture with the data strategy. You’ll develop data policies, manage data models, and drive governance across BI and analytics, reporting to the EDA with a focus on reducing risk and maximising value.

You will mentor colleagues, oversee data deliverables, and collaborate with CIO and Data teams to shape enterprise data standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and implementing Data Architecture artefacts, policies, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with InfoSec, Technology, GCT and Information & Records to establish data policies and standards.
• Manage the logical data model, including metadata, business glossary, data flows, and data storage.
• Lead architectural assurance for business-critical changes and projects.
• Provide consultancy to technology teams to ensure data design alignment.
