Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering large-scale cloud data platforms and platforms.
• Experience as Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or Technical Product Owner.
• Experience in platform change management and user adoption strategies.
• Data pipeline readiness and ELT/ETL for AI model integration.
• Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end development of the Enterprise Data Platform with engineers.
• Drive onboarding and active adoption across business units and teams.
• Own and optimize the Agile delivery function and ceremonies.
• Bridge between technical teams and executives with clear milestones.
