Job summary

DWP Digital is seeking a Lead Agile Delivery Manager to drive the delivery of large-scale digital products and services within Data Enablement, part of the modernisation programme. You will work with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams to define outcomes, plans and governance, ensuring delivery momentum and quality.

You will be an experienced agile practitioner, coaching teams, balancing live services with change initiatives, and building capability across delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and assure clear outcomes, delivery and resource plans across multiple teams.
• Lead delivery of complex areas with senior stakeholders in hybrid delivery environments.
• Coach and build capability in delivery teams and partners through leadership and mentoring.
• Balance live service responsibilities with change and development work while maintaining momentum.
