Job summary

DWP Digital is seeking a Lead Agile Delivery Manager to drive the delivery of large-scale digital products and services within Data Enablement, part of the modernisation programme. The role requires experience in complex, multi-team environments and a focus on agile leadership and coaching.

You will be part of a senior leadership team, providing line management and guiding teams with agile and lean practices to achieve strategic outcomes and value for the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver agile leadership of complex, scaled programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Design and orchestrate delivery, optimise workflows and implement new processes to deliver at scale.
• Build capability in delivery teams and partners via leadership, role modelling and coaching behaviours.
• Lead delivery of complex areas of work involving multiple teams and senior stakeholders, balancing live service and change.
• Build consensus across services and mediate to achieve outcomes, adapting approaches to team needs.
• Communicate with clarity to influence and manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
