Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking an Enterprise Content Lead to protect, improve and evolve our content platforms and advanced search capabilities across Microsoft 365. You will combine technical expertise with strategic thinking and strong stakeholder engagement to improve content quality and adoption.

You will apply analytics to guide decisions, manage lifecycle processes, and shape enterprise content strategy including AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing intranets and content taxonomies.
• Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Strong governance and information lifecycle management experience.
• Ability to use analytics to inform decisions and improvements.
• Proven stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Protect, improve and evolve SharePoint and content platforms.
• Establish governance to ensure content quality, security and lifecycle control.
• Lead lifecycle management of SharePoint sites and OneDrive content.
• Use analytics to identify trends and guide improvements.
• Shape enterprise content strategy including AI, discovery and automation.
• Provide knowledge-management consultancy and resolve incidents.
• Maintain knowledge articles, templates and governance practices.
• Develop content communities via learning paths, training and communications.
• Collaborate with technical teams, internal comms and suppliers.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and roadmaps.
