Anglian Water is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365/SharePoint specialist to govern and evolve content platforms across SharePoint Online and OneDrive. You will lead governance, taxonomy, and lifecycle management while enabling data-led decisions.

Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 SharePoint Administration certification.
• Extensive experience managing intranets, processes and content taxonomies.
• Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft 365 Groups and security/compliance admin.
• Experience using ShareGate for SharePoint administration.
• Experience using analytics to measure performance and guide improvements.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms and lists.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills at all levels.
• Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Protect, improve and evolve SharePoint and OneDrive content platforms and governance.
• Establish governance processes for content quality, security and lifecycle management.
• Lead lifecycle management of SharePoint sites and OneDrive content.
• Use analytics to identify trends and support data-led decisions.
• Shape strategic development of enterprise content and discovery capabilities including AI/ML/automation/NLP.
• Provide knowledge-management consultancy and resolve second-line incidents.
• Maintain knowledge articles, templates and standards; track Microsoft updates.
• Develop content communities through learning paths, training and communications.
• Collaborate with technical teams, communications and suppliers.
• Champion safe working and high standards of compliance.
