Job summary

Beauhurst is seeking a Senior Client Experience Manager to work with our largest, high-value UK, Germany, and Ireland clients. You’ll host tailored training sessions, help clients maximize value from our data platform, and drive ongoing relationships in a hybrid London/Nottingham setup.

You will be highly organized, university-educated, and have at least 2 years in a client-facing role. You’ll thrive on proactive outreach, curious storytelling, and helping clients achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• University educated and eligible to work in the UK.
• Emotionally intelligent, proactive, curious and friendly.
• Experience in customer service/hospitality/tutoring/teaching is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Host tailored training sessions for clients and ensure their experience is clear and engaging.
• Ensure enterprise accounts derive maximum value from Beauhurst platform to drive renewal.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• juggle multiple tasks to improve efficiency and team collaboration.
