Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in client services, account management, agency or project coordination.
• Confident, personable communication with clients.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple accounts, projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable with reporting, data and tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proactive approach with ownership and issue-flagging.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Coordinate projects, priorities and deadlines across internal teams.
• Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a strong start.
• Produce clear performance reports and communicate updates to clients.
• Keep projects organised using systems such as Monday.com or similar.
