You’ll join a close-knit team and go through extensive training to set you up for success.

Day-to-day, you’ll train clients, run tailored sessions, organise processes, and spot opportunities to upsell.

Qualifications

• University degree in any discipline.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, well organised and proactive in workload management.

Responsibilities

• Chat with clients from banks, universities and government bodies to help them use the platform.
• Run tailored training sessions that explain complex information clearly.
• Organise processes, streamline tasks and suggest improvements.
• Spot opportunities to upsell features to Account Managers.
• Ensure clients have a great experience to foster long-term engagement.
