Franklin Fitch is seeking an experienced client services leader to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise technology engagements. This delivery-led role focuses on taking ownership of complex consulting engagements, strengthening relationships at the executive level, and expanding accounts through consistent delivery excellence.

You will lead delivery teams across multi-workstream programmes, manage SOWs and forecasts, and drive commercial performance while operating with significant autonomy.

Formación

• 8+ years in technology consulting or professional services.
• Strong delivery background, including leading projects, programmes and client-facing teams.
• Demonstrated success growing accounts through delivery excellence and trusted relationships.
• Exposure to cloud, data, software engineering, integrations, automation, and application modernisation.
• Experience managing complex enterprise engagements with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the delivery and commercial performance of enterprise technology engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives.
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams across complex, multi-workstream programmes.
• Develop account growth plans and identify follow-on opportunities.
• Manage SOWs, forecasting, resourcing, procurement, margins, and account financials.
• Connect technical delivery teams with senior business decision-makers.
