Job summary

Sullivan & Stanley, an award-winning change consultancy, is seeking an experienced Delivery Director to lead the Northern hub. You will oversee client engagements and delivery teams, ensuring successful outcomes and high-impact execution across multi-sector portfolios.

The role blends management consulting and client-side delivery, requiring commercial acumen, strong leadership, and the ability to coach teams toward excellent delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience engaging with clients around their change and transformation needs.
• Relentless focus on the customer, with an execution mindset.
• The ability to cut through and simplify complexity to deliver at pace.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead successful customer outcomes for a multi-million-pound portfolio of enterprise clients across a range of sectors, taking accountability for delivery success and acting as the connecting point of contact between key client stakeholders, our consultants and our associates.
• Shape strong client engagements to ensure deliverables are tangible, effective and aligned to deliver sustainable value in 90-day cycles.
• Pull together the right capabilities from within our consultancy team and the associates within our Change Society to deploy best-in-class delivery teams.
• Work in partnership with the Client Principal and Managing Director in a pre-sales capacity to support the definition of the problem statement and outcomes for our clients, before taking accountability for execution and delivery.
• Draw on our consulting practice capabilities to identify opportunities to support our clients with their change agendas.
