Northern Trust is hiring an ECM Program Manager to lead enterprise Change Management initiatives within a global financial services context. You will govern programs, manage budgets, and align with governance standards across multiple business units and regions.

The role requires collaboration with the ECM PMO, OCM, and senior leadership to ensure timely delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Applicants must have UK work eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Create, drive and administer ECM program governance and standards.
• Lead facilitation of ECM solutions across programs and BUs.
• Set benchmarks, measure success and drive improvements.
• Mobilize teams and manage scope, schedule and budget.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and financials with governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with OCM to ensure effective communications at go-live.
• Escalate issues and implement mitigation strategies promptly.
