Job summary

You will define the vision, align senior stakeholders, manage implementation partners and ensure the new platform delivers consolidation, planning, forecasting and reporting capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale finance or EPM transformation programmes.
• Proven track record implementing enterprise platforms for consolidation, planning and reporting.
• Strong understanding of group finance processes, data migration and controls.
• Experience managing vendors and partners across multiple geographies.
• Ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the EPM programme vision, outcomes and integrated roadmap.
• Lead the replacement of BFC and implement the new EPM platform.
• Oversee governance, delivery controls and assurance across workstreams.
• Ensure benefits realisation with measurable improvements.
• Oversee budget, resources, risks, and change management.
• Coordinate with PMO for reporting and decision making.
• Lead and develop programme management staff.
