Qualifications

• Proven experience as Transformation Director or senior transformation leader in large enterprises.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide business and technology transformation programmes.
• Strong governance, portfolio management and benefits realisation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programmes aligned to strategic objectives.
• Define roadmaps, governance frameworks and delivery methodologies.
• Engage executive stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams across functions.
• Oversee budgets, resources and financial controls for successful delivery.
• Drive organisational change management and adoption of new processes and systems.
