Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Consultant, People Transformation and Change to join our Organisational Development team. You will support multiple change programmes, partnering with programme teams, People colleagues and senior stakeholders to plan, implement and drive adoption of new ways of working.

The role sits at CUK08 level, is full-time and permanent with hybrid working including up to two days from home, offering opportunities to influence colleague experience and outcomes across

Qualifications

• Experience supporting organisational or people-related change initiatives in a complex environment.
• Ability to assess impacts, dependencies and risks from multiple sources.
• Experience producing change plans, communications, engagement materials, and project documentation.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and support multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of People change initiatives with plans, timelines and governance.
• Conduct discovery and impact assessment including data gathering and risk analysis.
• Design change implementation plans, communications and adoption activities.
• Produce change reporting, metrics and benefits-tracking feedback.
