Job summary

Paraglide, a fast-growing AI startup in London, is hiring an Account Executive (full-time, on-site). You will build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities, guiding deals from discovery through to close, reporting to the CEO.

You will be supported by BDRs and marketing, but you are expected to self-generate pipeline as well. The role emphasizes quota attainment and closing complex high-5-figure ACV deals, with a focus on finance buyers and potential multilingual

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing high-5-figure ACV deals.
• Previous experience as an outbound-focused BDR.

Responsibilities

• Manage and generate a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities through all sales stages.
• Conduct discovery, qualification, solution design, negotiation, and final close.
• Collaborate with BDRs and marketing while self-generating pipeline.
