Job summary

eTeam is seeking an experienced Atlassian Engineer in Sheffield to administer and enhance Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. You will design scalable workflows, automate processes, and provide dashboards and reports for technology and business teams.

You will engage with stakeholders across Technology, Delivery, PMO, Risk, and Business units to align Atlassian toolsets with strategic objectives. This role emphasizes security, governance, and enterprise-scale collaboration.

Qualifications

Proven experience administering Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
Experience with Jira Service Management and Agile project structures.
Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks and marketplace apps.
Atlassian certifications (ACP, Atlassian Admin, or equivalent).
Experience with scripting/automation tools such as Groovy, ScriptRunner, PowerShell, or Python.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, maintain, and enhance Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence environments.
Design and implement complex workflows, automation rules, and permissions.
Develop dashboards, reports, filters, and metrics to support teams.
Manage upgrades, integrations, and lifecycle activities across Atlassian landscape.
Collaborate with teams to implement Agile and DevOps practices in Jira.
