Job summary

A consulting firm is looking for an Enterprise Architect for an initial 6-12 month hybrid engagement in London. The role requires expertise in at least one architectural domain and strong stakeholder management skills. The pay rate is £700-£800 per day and is classified as inside IR35. Overview

Role: Enterprise Architect
Length: Initial 6-12-month engagement
Location: Hybrid - 2 days on-site
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Pay Rate: £700 - £800 per day
Clearance: SC Clearance

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise across architectural disciplines with deep skills in at least one architectural domain, including IT system/technical architecture, business architecture, solution architecture, and data architecture.
• Document the architecture of the organisation, detailing technology, people, processes and other elements used to achieve objectives.
• Analyze and understand complex systems, identifying dependencies between systems and components.
• Build effective, collaborative relationships with architects across different disciplines in a complex, highly devolved organisation.
• Identify, document and communicate architectural risks, including security, data, and business risks.
• Manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience with a range of architectural disciplines and a track record in at least one domain (IT system/technical, business, solution, or data architecture).
• Experience documenting enterprise architecture and aligning it with objectives across technology, people, and processes.
• Ability to analyse complex systems and determine dependencies and impacts.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-discipline collaboration skills.
• Desirable: Experience with Ardoq; not essential.
