Job summary

BrainStation is seeking a Manager, Enterprise to lead engagements with global organizations transforming for the AI era. You will own client relationships, set strategic direction, and deliver actionable, executive-level recommendations across AI, product, marketing, design, and data teams.

You will guide end-to-end engagements, shape roadmaps, and grow BrainStation’s presence by developing proposals and scaling advisory work worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years in a client-facing role, with enterprise-level experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end, multi-workstream engagements.
• Strong executive presence and ability to guide senior stakeholders.
• Ability to structure complex problems and synthesize findings.
• Proven ability to grow client relationships and drive outcomes.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; manage multiple engagements.
• Well-formed view on AI, digital technology, and operating model transformation.
• Willingness to travel globally; hybrid office presence four or more days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and leaders of AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data teams.
• Serve as senior day-to-day advisor, guiding opportunity discovery and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead engagements end-to-end: scoping, discovery, recommendation, and roadmap.
• Direct the engagement team, set analytical approach, ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Design target-state capabilities, digital operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Shape executive thinking on AI opportunities and risks for products and experiences.
• Design and lead executive workshops and working sessions.
• Grow client relationships and secure new/follow-on engagements; develop proposals.
