Job summary

BrainStation is seeking a Strategist, Enterprise to work with global clients transforming for the AI era. You will help enterprises build durable AI capability and support senior leaders in exploring opportunities in AI and digital innovation.

You’ll shape engagements, run workshops, and produce materials that move engagements from initial talks to committed programs. You will collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams, turning ambiguous problems into structured viewpoints while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
2–4 years of client-facing experience with exposure to enterprise or corporate clients; consulting, strategy, or advisory background is a plus.
Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and communicate a clear point of view.
Strong communication skills and professional presence with senior stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
Genuine interest in AI and digital technology and in transforming organizational capabilities.
Willingness to work in-person in a hybrid model (4+ days in office).
Willingness to travel globally for client work.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders to open strategic conversations about enterprise-wide AI capability.
Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, guiding discovery and engagement growth.
Learn each client’s business model and operating context to identify where new capability could change performance.
Support discovery and current-state assessments across people, process, and technology.
Contribute to design of target-state capabilities and transformation roadmaps.
Contribute to advisory work on digital and AI innovation affecting products and customer experience.
Design, facilitate, and coordinate executive workshops and working sessions.
Structure proposals, presentations, and business cases for senior audiences, supporting pursuits.
Track AI, digital and innovation landscape and contribute to BrainStation’s point of view.
