Job summary

Complexio is seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise AI customer projects, coordinating cross-functional teams across data scientists, engineers, and business analysts. You will translate customer needs into actionable plans, drive on-time delivery, and manage expectations from kickoff to post-implementation reviews.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience with agile practices, and the ability to balance technical depth with business value in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in AI, SaaS or data-driven enterprise solutions.
• Expertise in managing customer-facing projects balancing technical execution with business impact.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data integration, and enterprise software implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
• Experience with agile methodologies and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery of use cases within timelines and scope.
• Bridge between technical teams, customers and internal stakeholders to align objectives and outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on business impact.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle, define plans, scope, deliverables and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and mitigate risks.
• Engage with customers to map use cases to actionable project plans and ensure feasibility.
