Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI Architect to join Beneficial Deployments, focused on maximizing Claude's impact in life sciences. You will work as the primary technical advisor for academic and industry partners, guiding engagements from discovery to deployment.

You will design scalable solutions, build demos and content, travel occasionally, and help shape team processes as we grow. Candidates bring 8+ years in technical roles, life sciences experience, and familiarity with LLM deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical role with customer-facing exposure preferred.
• Experience in life sciences, biomedical research, or scientific computing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical advisor to life sciences partners from discovery through deployment.
• Translate scientific workflows into Claude-based solutions.
• Design and lead cohort accelerators to scale expertise across institutions.
• Identify deployment challenges and feed findings back to product/engineering.
• Create technical presentations, demos, and scalable content for broad adoption.
• Travel occasionally for workshops and relationship building.
• Help shape team processes as we scale from 1 to N.
