The role is ideal for engineers with backend, infrastructure, agent development expertise, who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about cutting-edge AI research. Travel 20-40% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Shipped Python in production.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Comfortable across the stack and debugging beyond the main code base.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features for North, Cohere's AI workspace platform.
• Develop autonomous agents that interface with sensitive enterprise data.
• Experiment at high velocity with high quality to engage customers and deliver solutions.
• Work across the full product lifecycle from ideation to production.
