Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior, AI-driven transformation leader to work with client business and tech teams in Financial Services, delivering AI-powered products and value realization. You will own engagements end-to-end—from discovery to deployment—driving adoption and measurable outcomes.

You will blend Office, client-site and home-based work, contributing to reusable assets, accelerators, and capability-building across the practice.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, software engineering, solution architecture, product management, or business transformation.
• Proven experience leading client engagements from discovery through deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation.
• Knowledge of Financial Services domains (banking and/or insurance).
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, workflow automation, analytics.
• Understanding of AI concepts such as RAG, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, tool calling, evaluation methods, guardrails, and Responsible AI.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing delivery workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to understand business challenges and define success metrics.
• Translate business objectives into AI-enabled solutions and operating model changes.
• Shape architecture, workflow, platform, and technology decisions.
• Own solution architecture and drive hands-on delivery of critical components.
• Develop prototypes, proofs of value, and production-ready solutions.
• Apply AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to solve business problems.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and production-readiness standards.
• Drive user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Track business outcomes and benefits after deployment.
• Ensure solutions are documented, scalable, and operationally sustainable.
• Lead delivery pods and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities, client workshops, solution demonstrations, and business case development.
