Job summary

Leah AI in London is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to drive enterprise growth. You will be the face of Leah, identifying and engaging Fortune 1000 decision-makers, and building a robust pipeline through strategic outreach.

Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will craft personalized messages, exceed activity targets, and document all interactions in Salesforce, while advancing from outbound prospecting to qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–5 years of professional sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prospect and engage C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage key decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies.
• Generate pipeline by converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified meetings.
• Educate Executives on Leah's Agentic CLM and value proposition.
• Craft and deliver highly personalized outreach via calls and emails.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to prioritize target accounts and drive demand generation.
• Meet daily activity KPIs and document interactions in Salesforce.
• Set monthly OKRs with your manager and plan growth steps within the organization.
