Job summary

Leah is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Enterprise AI SDR team in London. You will be the face of Leah, engaging decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies and driving growth by transforming interest into qualified meetings for Account Executives.

You will master the Agentic CLM offering, use multi-channel outreach, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute data-driven campaigns while exceeding KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–5 years sales experience preferred, but high-potential candidates considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong listener.
• Resilience to turn a 'no' into a 'yes' through strategic questioning.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Leah: engage potential customers and share our mission.
• Strategic prospecting across phone, email, and social channels.
• Generate pipeline by converting inbound leads and outbound prospecting into meetings.
• Master the Agentic CLM offering and educate Executives on Leah's value.
• Craft personalized outreach and world-class cold emails and calls.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to prioritize target accounts.
• Aim to exceed KPIs with accurate Salesforce documentation.
• Set monthly OKRs with your manager and plan growth within the company.
